　 ２００４MEｓｈｏｗ展示会のご案内
　本展示会は、高度情報化社会における情報機器、デジタル家電やＰＤＡ機器など最新のエレクトロニクス実装を支えるための要素技術である基板、材料、部品、装置、機器の開発や設計に携わる第一線の技術者を中心とした専門展示会です。
　今回は「最先端実装技術・パッケージング展」と銘打って４回目になりますが、マイクロエレクトロニクスショーとしては第18回目にあたり、優に四半世紀の歴史を誇る半導体から基板に至る実装技術の総合展示会としてしっかり定着しています。
　エレクトロニクス実装学会主催の特色を生かして、これまで通り「製品技術セミナー」で多くのホットな製品技術情報を発信する傍ら、最新の関心事である環境配慮技術やナノテクノロジー、先端接合技術にも焦点をあて、双方向で納得のいく学習の場を提供するための「実装研究セミナー」も充実させました。
　また、同時開催される国内唯一の実装国際会議「２００４ＩＣＥＰ」の研究論文発表とともに実効ある多くの情報に触れていただけるものと確信いたします。

　 Introduction to 2004 Microelectronics Show

This exhibition is held for the top engineers who are in charge of the design and the development of substrates, materials, components and equipments which support the newest electronics packaging, such as information devices, digitized home appliances and PDA equipments, in the sophisticated information and networking world. 
This exhibition is fourth event having the name of "Advanced Electronics Packaging Exhibition", and is also 18th Microelectronics Show. The Show has been highly accepted as the comprehensive semiconductor packaging and peripheral technology show along the history of a quarter century. 
By taking advantage of operating by JIEP, at the "Product Technology Seminar" current information on advanced products from the exhibitors are delivered. At the "Packaging Research Seminar" current topics such as environmental conscious technology, nano-technology and advanced interconnection are focused. Hot discussions on the topics between speakers and audience are welcomed. 
The attendee will also meet effective information at 2004 ICEP, the Japan largest International Conference on Packaging Technology, held in same period with the show.
