In 2010, the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging (JIEP), has established the Committee "The Evaluation and Standardization Committee" to work on standardization activities in JIEP.
The JISSO technology, the manufacturing technology for electronic products, includes design, material, structure, process, measurement, analysis. This committee examines necessities in future standardizations and contributes to the activities of the working groups in JIEP and other standardization organizations. This committee has the Standardization Study Group. |
